Spring onions are the immature bulbs of onions which, already in this first stage of life, contain great value from a gastronomic point of view. They have a softer texture than onions and generally have a more delicate aroma. Sweet and sour spring onions are perfect for enriching meats, eggs, side dishes and even fish. After harvesting, the spring onion undergoes a phase of blanching, seasoning, and subsequent potting with oil. A heat treatment process then follows which makes it stable at room temperature.

Ingredients: Spring onion (80%), sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil (7%), vinegar (SULPHITES), sugar, salt.
To be consumed preferably within the expected expiry date.
